Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif took notice of the fire in the Margalla Hills on Sunday and ordered the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and other officials to put out the fire as soon as possible.

Shehbaz Sharif also ordered that immediate measures be taken to protect residents from fire.

The Prime Minister also requested that the relevant institutions seek assistance from disaster management authorities and take effective measures to protect wildlife and trees.
