The Supreme Court will hear petitions against the 26th Amendment on January 27.

ISLAMABAD (Channel News) – Petitions opposing the 26th Constitutional Amendment are scheduled to be considered on January 27.

A constitutional bench led by Justice Amin ud Din Khan will preside over the hearings, which include over 18 petitions opposing the Amendment.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is one of the parties that filed petitions with the Supreme Court.
